Afternoon pondering

I don't have to go to the office or to school today. The only thing that was on my schedule for the day is physical therapy, which I've already had. The only thing I have left to do today is to find a rub recipe and prepare the steaks that I am making for dinner this evening.

The question I leave with you is this: there is an open bottle of a lovely red wine [French, C'otes du Rhone] that I began to drink last night. It's 12:29 right now and I am home alone standing in my kitchen, is it acceptable to begin drinking at this hour?
