Billing Practices

I'm prepping for my deposition tomorrow right now. I'm doing it at home in bed. When I reached for a stack of interrogatories, I knocked my pen behind my bed. I then spent the next five minutes retrieving the pen. [Laugh away]

The question I have is simple: do I bill my pen extraction under 'Legal Research' or 'Deposition Preparation'?
