Me: Hey, what are you up to?
Friend: I was just about to call you. I just got awful news and need to find something to do tonight.
Me: Well, I’m here to rescue you with something to do tonight.
Friend: Outstanding. I need to be rescued.
Me: If I may ask, what’s so bad?
Friend: The girl I’m seeing just canceled our plans for tonight. And our plans for tomorrow as well. It just sucks.
Me: …but you’re married.
Friend: This girl is on the side.
Me: I’m rescuing you from your infidelity…fantastic.
