Good News: I am soloing in my first mock trial
Bad News: I have laryngitis

Good News: I have a plausible theory that when I prove it, I win
Bad News: I don't think I'll be able to prove it

Good News: This case is going to come down to my Cross Examination of their star witness
Bad News: Their star witness has alleged that my client raped her. Oh yes, it allegedly happened she was married AND three months pregnant. And my defense is that it was consensual.

Good News: I have laryngitis
Bad News: I'll still have to tell my client he is going to jail
