Roommate: [From down the hall] Is the switch on?
Me: [Fuck] Uhh...no
Roommate: Turn the switch on
Me: [Turns the switch on] Still not working!!!
Roommate: Get a new lightbulb
Me: [Gets the new lightbulb]
Roommate: Is it working?
Me: Yes...
Roommate: You know, it’s hard for a light to produce light when the switch is off and for a lightbulb to produce light when the coil is broken
Me: You’re mocking me aren’t you?
Roommate: Absolutely
