To let you know how the exam started and my reaction let me paraphrase the first sentence of the essay question:
Jack Bauer was sitting at his desk when the phone rang...My First Reaction: Oh Sweet Lord, Thank You. You are a wise and just God. You know that I have included Jack Bauer in my outline. You know that I love Jack Bauer. And you have delievered an essay question with him in it...
So that was how Crim Pro went. When I read the first sentence I started laughing. I couldn't believe it.
Now it's time to start cramming for Civil Rights...now if only I could locate the book
