Defining Progress

That was an eon ago:
As a 1L, it took 7 weeks to do an appellate brief with all the wailing and nashing of teeth accompanying it.

That was then:
At the beginning of this semester, it took almost two weeks of effort to produce an appellate brief.

This is now:
Started writing it today. Due Tomorrow.

1:15 am UPDATE: I worked on the brief until about 9pm. I came home, I watched Boston Legal and the Unit. Finally got back to work around 1. Now I'm blogging. Could be a long night...
