Target the Gunner

I'm sitting in my classroom right now waiting for Crim Pro to begin. I have made it a goal to disagree with a certain person in the class (a true gunner) whenever she speaks (which is often). The problem that I am faced with today is that I have a) not done the reading and b) don't care.

This person talked in class on Tuesday three times; probably will happen on the same pace today as well. I am going to have my work cut out for me today; maybe I'll be forced to pepper the class with Scalian witticisms or Rehnquistian retorts...it's going to be a struggle being this unprepared. But I have faith, that I can put the true gunner to shame
