Silence is Golden

As I am deeply focused on the inners works of how to pierce the corporate veil.

The eery silence of the Undergraduate Library in which I am working in is suddenly, unexpectedly, and disastrously interrupted.

By the loudest, juiciest, and wettest fart I think I have ever heard in my life rings across the library and over the melodious tunes that come from my iPod.

People look up.

They are attempting to locate the source of the oncoming olfactoral assault while attempting not to laugh.

The prepetrator dares not raise his or her head above the wooden cubby holes.

So much for studying.

The silence, the peace, the focus has been demolished by an undergrad with the fart heard round the world.
