I'm doing my first Arbitration this week.
It's been described to me as a mini-trial. I say that because I've never been to one. And I'm doing this one solo.
I probably should learn the facts of the case. Maybe. I figure that my opening, my direct, my re-direct, my cross, my closing all are best done on the fly. I don't want any preparation to get in the way of quality legal work.
