The Junk E-Mail I have been receiving has been very topic specific recently. Over the past two weeks my e-mail boxes have been inundated with spam about Obesity is Dangerous, Stop it! or Melt away fat Easily and Cheap Viagra. Today alone I have received [in spite of a spam filter set to 'high'] over 40 of these inspiring messages. They have been truly motivational.

And now I have acted: I just hired a personal trainer.
