I just finished all the feasible prep work for trial. My Direct is simple (my partner has the hard one), my cross is pretty damn good, and my clothes will be fantastic: Grey Burberry with Blue Window Pane. The close will be kick ass.

My opponents are two law review ladies [one won like 7 of 8 of the CALI awards her first year, needless to say she be smrat intelligent]. I'm not sure what I'm going up against. The question really becomes: do test taking skills translate into courtroom skills? I guess that jury is still out on that. I might not be a law reviewer but I was an actor all the way through high school, I hope that everything balances out in the end. I also hope that no one will notice when I go Tonya Harding on their outlines for Cross.
