If only Law Schools would follow this idea

The good people of Houston have taken a momentous step forward in the daily fight against offensive odor.

As some might think, they have not instituted the death penalty for those using Axe body spray, although it was discussed at the Houston city Council. (It failed to make it out of committee, a 4-2 vote).

Alas, they have banned offensive odors in their public libraries. Good students everywhere will rejoice in knowing that their noses will not be offended as they are intensely focused on studying. Don't believe me, look here
